    Primary Purpose and Goal :

    The Cloud Central team is a cross functional team which governs, delivers and operates the services to support ITS Global’s strategy around the adoption of cloud services as a strategic enabler for business agility.

    The cost Reporting Analyst is working within the Cloud Central Team and is responsible for  the overall collection and consolidation of service level and financial data which ensures the team has timely and accurate information to understand SLA Performance, manage and improve the services, drive operational excellence and to help the business maintain an accurate view of the cost of their cloud services.

    This cost Reporting Analyst will work closely with the Cloud Central delivery and operational tower leads, the Cloud Services IT Relationship Manager (ITRM), and the Cloud and Hosting Services Portfolio Manager to ensure they have the visibility to effectively manage the services provided by the Cloud Central organisation. Key to this will be ensuring that there is appropriate KPI reporting, financial analytics and forecasting to ensure services are delivered according to agreed service levels, and so is a transparent view of the cost and capacity to enable opportunities for financial optimisations.

    The cost Reporting Analyst will also assess service performance tracking over time using data analysis techniques to monitor for trends, controls, and capabilities and will work to enhance and develop areas to opportunity for reporting automation and better customer visibility of their services. The role with also liaises closely with the Global Finance organisation to ensure there is accurate and indisputable information with which to provide recharge reporting and billing to those who consume the Cloud Central services.
     
    Responsibilities :
    .    Produce monthly service level reports for Cloud Central customers
    .    Produce KPI reports for the delivery and operational towers
    .    Produce KPI reports for the ITRM and Portfolio managers
    .    Produce management KPI reporting for the Head of Cloud Central
    .    Preparing monthly reporting packages highlighting financial performance results,including analysis of key
        trends and variance drivers impacting performance
    .    Monthly alignment and activities in collaboration with Global Finance to support the recharge reporting and customer billing activities to achieve the objective of providing an indisputable invoice for the consumption of all Cloud Centralservices
    .    Partner with the Service Management and other reporting teams to drive improvements on the quality and efficiency of reporting tasks within the wider operations group
    .    Providing guidance and support to the Cloud Central team in developing metrics to drive consistency, strengthened controls and process efficiencies/improvements as needed
    .    Champion the continuous improvement of data quality within Cloud Central data sources, including Azure Tagging, Service Now ticket data and CMDB to ensure indisputable accurate of reporting


    Personal Qualifications :
    .    3+ years of work experience
    .    Experience analyzing, reporting on large volumes of data
    .    Knowledge of ITIL and particularly Service Level Management processes
    .    Excellent communication skills in English, verbally and in preparing communications and reports targeted to the requirements of varied management levels across diverse stakeholder and customer groups
    .    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, team player
    .    Strong analytical skills to view and analyze (look into) a situation from a very logical, systematic perspective.
    .    Process Minded viewpoint with a vision to continuous improvement
    .    Coordination and project management skills.
    .    Ability to work with people from diverse cultural backgrounds.

    Technical Qualifications :
    .    Experience in a similar role
    .    Strong knowledge of reporting tools (Excel, Power BI, etc..)
    .    Knowledge of ITSM tools (ideally ServiceNow)
    .    Understanding and experience in the ITIL processes.
    .    Understanding and experience in continuous improvement methodologies
    .    General familiarity with IT Services, specifically hosting and cloud technologies.

     
    Education / certificates :
    .    University undergraduate degree or higher.
    .    ITIL Foundation, intermediate level certifications preferred
